In summer, even if it's not sunny and the weather is just humid and muggy, sometimes we just want a nice refreshing drink. This may be alcoholic or it may not, the great thing about this iced tea recipe is that it's completely compatible to both!
- 1L Water
- Black Tea: Either 3 teabags or 4 tsp Loose Leaf
- 1/2 Orange
- 1/2 Lemon
- Fresh Mint
- 3 tsp Sugar
Step 1: Boil the kettle, pour out 1L of water into a jug with your tea and sugar.
Step 2. Brew the tea for a at least half an hour or until cooled and then remove tea.
Step 3. Prep your fruits.
Step 4. Add your fruits, refridgerate and leave to infuse for 2 hours or over night.
Step 5. Enjoy with ice and optional Pimms!
