Add 8 teaspoons of Red Square to 1 litre of water, leave to brew overnight in the fridge, then use as you would use your standard mixer (cranberry juice) - add cointreau, vodka, lime juice and a little bit of sugar to taste!

Guests were also able to taste a section of Tea Route teas, including; Black Fragrant Garden, Autumn Sonata, Mastiha Chai and Relax Tea. All of which were served alongside a selection and finger sandwiches and cakes!
